Financial Analyst

Departement : Finance

Report to : Finance Manager

Range Remuneration : 5 – 8 million


Requirements:

* Min. Academic Qualification : Bachelor Degree / Master degree preferred
* Minimun Years experience : 2 years ( Max 5 years )
* Male / Female
* Age 25 – 30 th
* Fluent in English

Personality :

* Fast learner

Other Requirement :

* ERP system ( SAP/JD Edwards / Oracle )
* Corporate Finance
* Hyperion
* SOX


Job des :

Planning :

* Responsible for preparing annual planning and will lead the team for planning Process.
* Preparation and consolidation of annual planning document.
* Establishment of basic business and economic assumptions, guidelines and timing requirement.
* Preparation and distribution of operating budget, capital plan guidelines.
* Input of budget and capital plan data to system, extracting reports and submission to WHQ & APA .
* Analysis and review of business plan with the management.
* Preparation of monthly, 3 monthly and 5 month forecast.
* Review of forecast and submission to WHQ & APA on timely basis.


Treasury function:

Foregin Exchange Transaction:

* Keeps track of major foreign exchange rates
* Handles Foreign exchange hedging and forward contracts
* Review of Foreign exchange exposure on weekly basis and prepare FX transaction details on weekly basis



Payments:

* Checks and authorizes all payments.
* Ensures 3-way reconciliation of purchase order, goods received note and invoice.
* Monitors all banking transaction like deposit remittances, issue of cheques and transfers.



Bank guarantee & LC:

* Prepares documents for L/C collection, negotiation and application. Maintains summary report on regular basis.
* Applies for and keeps record of bank guarantees and surety bonds issued on NE Sales, Service contracts.
* Maintains bank guarantee issued register and monitors on regular basis to ensure guarantees issued are released in proper manner.



Cash Management and Bank transaction:

* Developing cash flow forecast, cash requirement forecast and optimization of fund management.
* Managing relationship with banks.
* Daily cash management activities such as monitoring deposits, & payments.
* Issuance and management of debt instruments to banks.
* Inter company lending and borrowings.


Tax Matters :

Corporate Tax:

* Preparation of yearly corporate tax returns.
* Preparation of various adjustments to confirm tax accounting requirements.
* Monitoring tax payments.
* Monitoring tax deductions in compliance with Indonesian tax regulation.
* Maintenance of tax records.
* Attending for tax question originating in operations.



VAT and other taxes:

* Review of monthly VAT in and out reconciliation.
* Ensuring settlement of VAT in and out on monthly basis.



Tax Audit & Tax Assessment.

* Responsible for co-ordination with consultants for tax audits.
* Preparation of tax letters and documentation for tax authorities.
* Appearing before the tax authorities for tax audit and tax assessment.


Accounting Matters :

* Review of bank reconciliation on monthly basis.
* Revaluation of bank accounts.
* Revaluation of Account receivable.
* Revaluation of Account payables.



Contract Administration NE and Modernization

* Contract estimates.
* Contract re-estimates on monthly basis.
o Co-ordinates with other departments ; Construction, NE Sales and Production for re-estimating contracts.
* Review of CIP.
* Continuos monitoring of contract cost with estimates.
o Review and updates loss provision for NE sales and ‘S’ Modernization sales.
* Monitoring contract closure.


Internal Control :

* Helps in improving internal control procedures.
* Ensures continuos improvement in the accounting methods.


Insurance :

* Negotiation and review of insurance coverage, contracts and premiums. Handling all insurance transaction.
* Preparation of insurance claims and lodging the same with insurance companies.
* Maintenance of insurance records and documentation.



Audits :

* Attends to Statutory Audit, internal Audit and tax audit matter.



Others:

* Ensure the company policies related to Finance, Accounting and internal control are uniformly understood and properly interpreted and administered.
* Highlights potential weakness in the company’s internal control system and procedures and recommends improvements.
* Support and participate in the quality activities within the company and encourage his/her direct reports to do the same through continuos process improvement and taking effective actions.
* Perform other duties as directed by Superior/CFO.
* Contributes to and actively involves in the company’s safety and quality initiatives.
* Adapt to workload requirements and be ready to work beyond official working hours as may be required seasonally
* Operate within the code of ethics established by the company.
* Promptly report any doubtful situation to the company B.P.O.
* Strictly and fully comply to all company policies and procedures.
* Develop and maintain a detailed, written desk procedures for all key tasks and processes relevant to the job’s duties and responsibilities.
