* IPK minimal 3.00 dari Akademi/PTN/PTS Terkenal
* Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dengan program Ms. Office, internet.
* Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris ( Minimal Pasif )

BUSINESS EXECUTIVE– Employee & Welfare Benefits/Healthcare Management


Duties and responsibilities:

* Increasing company's share in the market while ensuring fulfilment and satisfaction of the parties receiving the service
* Providing creative solutions based on needs approach
* Bridging what clients need and what industry/market can provide
* Generating new accounts by selling and promoting company's services and products
* Contributing to company's revenue and profit
* Providing immediate response to service requests, inquiries and complaints over the phone, in person, or in writing ensuring satisfactory fulfilment of internal/external clients or prospective clients' needs
* Implements sales plan effectively and efficiently


Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree from any major, preferably with a sufficient knowledge of employee benefits program i.e. Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Pension Plan, etc.
* 3 years hands-on experience in business development/marketing/selling/broking, preferably experienced in handling corporate clients
* Target oriented, self motivated, customer service oriented
* Fluency both in English and Indonesian languages (oral and written) is required
* Strong selling, presentation and negotiation skills with a confident and professional manner
* Good command of English
* Computer literate: proficient at word processing, spreadsheet applications, and presentation software
* Ability to adapt to and work within the company's culture.
* Not just a sales person, but also conduct as a consultant
